Our control system is special made for operation for seismic cable.

The user interface is by toutch panels and remote control panels.

The overview mode show information about the different equipment onboard.

The tension mode show information about the different tensions in the different equipment onboard.

The logging mode where all information /time is stored.

The streamer deck remote control panel. This panel hasa two way communication with the main control system. Important data can be view on the panels own LCD panel.

» Design

The winches is designed in 2D/3D with Autocad/Inventor.  We use these programs to optimize the strenght and weight of the equipment.  We  use finite element strenght analysis software.

Equipment can be delivered with  design approval to DnV, BV, ABS, GL and LR.

We have a test facility for fullscale pull and brake test of the winches prior to shipment to customer.

» High pressure hydraulic

We have a wide range of different range of standard hydraulic drives.

Our system work on pressure up to 250bar. 

The products are mostly controled with Danfoss Proportinal valves. For higher oilflow we use Rexroth or Parker. Slewing bearings are from  Thyssen , Rothe Erde.

» AC-Electrical drive

We supply AC- eletrical driven winches. The AC frequency converters gives the user good control of speed and tension. A AC frequency control system can be installed parrallel to existing winches.
